Private Label Process

From concept to shelf in five defined stages.

Every private-label program we run follows the same path. You always know which stage you are in, what is being decided, and what we need from you next.

  1. 01

    Concept & Format Selection

We start with your product, your category and your buyer, then settle the format and presentation the program will run in — bottled gummies, capsules, tablets, powder tubs, stick packs or another format in our range. Count, fill and target cost are agreed here, because every packaging decision downstream depends on them. If you don't have a formula yet, we can include formulation in the program.

  2. 02

    Component Selection & Samples

We select the bottle, closure, carton and label stock that suit the fill and the shelf, and put a physical sample in your hands. You handle it, check it against your brand and tell us what to change. Revisions continue until the pack is something you are willing to put your name on.

  3. 03

    Packaging & Label Design

This is the center of what we do. We specify the bottle, closure, carton and label, prototype the finished pack, and work through panel layout with you before anything goes to print. Retail configurations, case packs, inserts and shelf-ready displays are locked in now, not after the run.

  4. 04

    Packaging & Quality

Your product is packaged and labeled to the approved specification in our NSF/ANSI 455-2 GMP for Dietary Supplements listed facilities, with quality unit oversight through the run. Third-party testing documentation is coordinated as part of the program, and finished goods are released only against the approved spec.

  5. 05

    Fulfillment & Delivery

Finished goods are warehoused at our fulfillment plant and shipped on your schedule — to your 3PL, to retail distribution centers, or direct to your accounts. Reorders draw on the same specifications, so the second run matches the first.

Tell us the product you want on the shelf.

Send format, estimated quantity and timeline. We will come back with the packaging path and what it takes to run it.
