Gummy packaging
We package gummies of every kind, including sugar-free products. We plan bottles, jars or pouches around the gummy's size, texture, count and approved specification, then coordinate closures, labels, cartons and case packing for the finished presentation. Share your gummy dimensions, count per pack, packaging preference, estimated quantity and delivery timeline when requesting a quote.
Bottles & jars
HDPE and PET packers from 120cc to 750cc, in clear, white and amber, matched to your fill and count. We consider headspace, neck finish, product access and label area together. Send your fill weight or unit count and preferred presentation so we can discuss an appropriate stock component or source to your specification.
Closures
38mm, 45mm and 53mm caps in continuous-thread and child-resistant, ribbed or smooth, lined for your product. The cap must match the bottle's neck finish and the approved packaging specification. We review color, liner and closure requirements with the bottle selection rather than treating them as separate decisions.
Pouching
Pouching for powders, soft chews and gummies in stand-up or flat pouches, with zipper and tear-notch options. We plan the fill weight or unit count, pouch size, labeling and case packing around your approved specification. Share your product details, preferred pouch style, artwork, estimated quantity and timeline so we can review the finished configuration with you.
Liquid packaging
Packaging programs for liquid supplements, including drops, syrups and shots. We review bottle size, fill volume, dispensing needs, closures, labels and cartons against your approved product specification. Share your liquid specification, storage requirements, preferred presentation, estimated quantity and delivery timeline so we can discuss component compatibility and the finished pack.
Stick packs
Single-serve sachets for hydration, greens and energy programs, cartoned or bagged. We work through serving weight, sachet count per retail pack and the outer presentation together. Individual and outer-pack artwork, case packing and delivery requirements are agreed as part of the program.
Labels
Pressure-sensitive labels and shrink sleeves. Die lines are on file for each packer bottle we stock. We work through the brand panel, Supplement Facts, directions and other approved copy within the available area before printing. Final regulatory wording should be confirmed with your regulatory advisor.
Boxes & cartons
Folding cartons and master cases specified for the shipping and shelf presentation of the program. Retail unit dimensions, units per carton and units per shipping case are considered together. Send retailer requirements and any existing artwork so the carton layout and packout can be agreed before the run.
Inserts & add-ons
Leaflets, scoops and 1/4 gram silica gel desiccants added during packout as an option on any program. Inserts are selected around the approved product and packaging specification, including available space and how the customer will use the pack. Tell us which accessories are required when requesting your quote.
Prototyping
A physical mockup of the finished pack before you commit to a full production run. Review the bottle, closure, label placement and carton presentation in hand, then discuss changes before approval. This keeps component and artwork decisions connected to the actual finished unit rather than an image alone.
Retail configurations
Case packs, labeling, shelf-ready displays and pallet configurations built to individual retailer requirements. We agree the retail unit, shipping case, inserts and outbound destination before the run. Share your retailer's packing instructions and delivery schedule so the program is planned around the required configuration.
